How to spend a week in Vienna
If you are wondering if a weekend is enough days in Vienna, with three days it is adequate to see the whole city. Bicycle/Walking tours: Ringstrasse, encircling the historic Old Town of Vienna, known as Innere Stadt, is a World Heritage Site making this area a must to visit and walk around to explore. this “inner city” hails upscale shops and cafes lining the pedestrianized Kärntner Strasse and Graben, with also art galleries and restaurants dotting the surrounding streets. Kärntner Strasse has existed since Roman times, when it was known as Strata Carinthian – which makes it a historical nice street to walk through for a tour. If you are spending the weekend in Vienna, its a great idea to pack some good walking shoes to enjoy this area.

If you need a complete change of scenery during the day, visit Vienna’s Hundertwasserhaus near the Danube Canal in the 3rd district. Designed by the eccentric and visionary Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser who also worked in the field of environmental protection.
